I became involved with the Day School, about 10 years ago, when my middle son started here as a Transitional Kindergarten student. Two years later, I sent my third son here and began volunteering at the school. I loved the familiar atmosphere and found myself coming back over the last 6-7 years to substitute throughout the school. In January 2016, I accepted a more permanent placement with the 2 year old class and have enjoyed helping them learn to be excited about school and transition to independent little learners. I graduated from Penn State with a Language Arts degree, worked in finance in customer service/training, then rounded out my education with a M. Ed. in Elementary Education from Cabrini College. My husband and I live in Exton (Great Valley School District) with our 3 boys, dog, and guinea pig. We spend most of our time on soccer/baseball fields but also enjoy pizza/game nights with the our boys. I feel lucky to be a part of a supportive and loving community at the Day School.
